Project Overview

I began my product design career at a Brooklyn agency called Fuzz (now Monstarlabs), where I led or contributed to more than 20 product launches across a wide range of industries. Working inside a small, fast-moving team meant I owned the full design lifecycle—from early strategy and scoping through detailed interaction design, prototyping, and handoff. The pace taught me how to operate autonomously, partner closely with engineering, and deliver high-quality work under tight constraints. Below are three end-to-end projects I led that I’m particularly proud of.

Otis eCall

For anyone working in a high-rise, rush-hour elevators can be a daily bottleneck. The Otis eCall app solves that by letting riders summon an elevator directly from their phones. In designing the experience, I focused on translating the brand’s legacy of precision and elegance into a modern UI—using motion to make the interaction feel fluid, responsive, and reassuring.

Stupid Cancer

A connection and chat app for a nonprofit supporting young people navigating cancer. My focus was reimagining onboarding—shifting away from the bleak, clinical tone typical of hospital materials toward something that felt human, hopeful, and genuinely inviting. When we presented the direction, the client’s reaction was immediate and emotional; it was an emphatic yes.

Wafy

A platform helping Saudis discover local events, new places, and community. We aimed to create a more intuitive, culturally attuned discovery experience. I traveled to Jeddah to run on-the-ground research with locals—clarifying what discovery meant in their daily lives and how the product could meet those expectations. I was the sole product designer and explored illustration and motion design throughout the project.
